Join us for a introduction to AI-DLC, a transformative approach to software development that positions AI as a central collaborator rather than just an assistant. Unlike traditional methods that retrofit AI into human-driven processes, AI-DLC fully integrates AI capabilities into the fabric of software development, creating a new paradigm for enterprise software engineering.
The session will demonstrate how AI-DLC operates through three core phases: Inception (AI transforms business intent into detailed requirements through "Mob Elaboration"), Construction (AI proposes architecture, models, code & tests through "Mob Construction"), & Operations (AI manages infrastructure as code & deployments with team oversight).
High level schedule:
4:30 - 4:45: Arrivals
4:45 - 5:45: Presentation
5:45 - 6:00: Networking
