Resolution: The early-March arrest by the U.S. government of former Columbia University student Mahmoud Khalil was a justified action.
For the affirmative: Anna Gorisch is an immigration attorney at Kendall Immigration Law, PLLC, in Austin, Texas, focusing on employment-based immigration. She has held positions at leading firms such as Ogletree Deakins & Fragomen & served as in-house counsel for both GEODIS & Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
