Brij is bridging the online/offline customer experience through omnichannel, AI-powered features - including rebates, warranties, subscriptions, & sweepstakes. The whole idea: make it easier for retail product consumers to engage with the companies they buy from.
Influencers like Mr. Beast & Charli D'Amelio use Brij to fuel their omnichannel strategy.
We're intrigued with Brij's concept because it's agile - it allows brands to engage with customers however they see fit, wherever those customers are, in a day & age where physical brands + products are seeing a new boom.
