More about the MedStartr Ventures Acceleration Program:
Winning teams will be evaluated for inclusion in the MedStartr Acceleration Program which initially provides over $350,000 in funding & services including two years of support from the MedStartr Ventures team & Mentor network. MedStartr is no ordinary accelerator though. We select companies that are obtaining support from patients, providers, partners, institutions & investors & then accelerate them with services & introductions critical to startups in healthcare.
Why we are Charging for a virtual event
We implemented virtual webinars & trained our staff to run these challenges & are spending a great deal of time organizing the events so while it is different work than the IRL events we usually do, it still works & we need to pay people & platforms like zoom for them. We are making it really inexpensive though. Please know that all proceeds will be going to driving awareness & innovation for COVID Innovations! Students, people in transition & startups can always attend for free but please support the cause if you can.
