In this session with Georgie-Ann Getton, CEO & Lead Execution Strategist of GSD Solutions, you will learn how to maximize your daily 24 hours so you can do your best work & live your best life.
This presentation will review my 5 P's framework that has helped dozens of individuals go from idea to execution on work projects, business ideas, & life-long goals. This framework sets the foundation for them to tap into their Doer Realm a state of optimized execution. The only issue is that when you do a lot you can often reach the point of burnout or overwork. The framework also accounts for identifying, preventing, & managing burnout so that way you can get more done while maintaining optimal health.
