Tendercare is an AI-powered app designed to help families organize, manage, & navigate the complexities of caregiving - offering secure document storage, smart reminders, & personalized care plans to support aging loved ones.
Shauna founded tendercare after a decade of caring for her father & seeing firsthand the gaps in caregiving support. Before starting the company, she worked at Meta as a marketing leader focusing on industry relations & competitive intelligence.
We'll discuss Shauna's founder journey, the challenges of retention when most recovery & caregiving can be temporary, & the challenges of building technology for a deeply personal & often emotional space.
