Join our Engineering Leadership NYC event, in collaboration with LinkedIn, focused on discussing the experiences of women engineering leaders. We're welcoming all engineering leaders to be part of the audience. This event will explore how engineering leaders can expand their impact by fostering relationships, advocating for themselves & others, & driving meaningful change across teams & organizations.
The topic will dive deep into:
How to foster influence through relationships & trust, cultivating allies & making your voice heard with your team/organization.
Advocacy as a leadership tool, examining ways to champion both your own contributions & the success of others, creating space for diverse perspectives.
Overcoming challenges unique to underrepresented groups in tech, including navigating implicit biases, breaking through communication barriers, & leading effectively
