This time we are super excited to have a fireside chat with Guatemalan entrepreneur Jose Fuentes co-founder of Duolingo.

Duolingo started as a project at Carnegie Mellon University, where Jose Fuentes worked as a research fellow with noted computer science professor Luis von Ahn, also a Guatemalan entrepreneur whose previous company, reCAPTCHA, was purchased by Google in 2009.

Since then, Duolingo has grown to count with more than 25 Million users and has been able to secure US$38.3 Million in funding so far.
