This case study follows one teams journey from being yet another cog in the ineffective machine of one such large organization, to becoming a beacon for real change & inspiring real agility, using kanban & lean principles to light the way.

Speaker: Ehab El-Badry has been treading his own agile journey for over 12 years. Hes worked in a technical capacity & then project management, before deciding that influencing & inspiring others is an art worthy of becoming a full-time profession & hence dedicated himself to agile coaching.

He has coached organizations from small startups to large enterprises in various domains from Finance to Entertainment to Education. He also successfully led his own startup & helped others start their own.
