EVENT DETAILS
Flying a drone can be a lot of fun, but have you ever wondered how you can program one? Better yet, have you ever thought about training it to detect objects?

Come to this meetup to learn how! With IBM Cloud Services you will learn how to control a Tello Drone using Node-RED & train & identify objects using Watson Visual Recognition & Watson AI Object Detection.

The Tello includes a programming interface that developers can use to send commands to control the drone. Programming APIs can also receive telemetry & video stream data from the Tello.

Leverage the IBM Model Asset Exchange Object Detection to train a custom visual recognition model. An entire open source community has formed around programming the Tello.

In this workshop, John Walicki & Pooja Mistry will demonstrate the techniques.

In order to run this workshops, Please sign up for IBM cloud via ibm.biz/ibmdevjan20
