John Aristotle Phillips - CEO of Aristotle & PredictIt. Phillips is one of the pioneers of modern prediction markets & founded PredictIt, one of the first widely used political prediction markets in the U.S. He has spent decades advancing forecasting markets as tools for better decision-making, public policy, & democratic transparency. A Princeton University graduate, he holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.

Dan M. Berkovitz - Vice Chairman for External & Regulatory Affairs at Millennium. Previously, Berkovitz served as General Counsel of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, & General Counsel of the CFTC. While serving as CFTC General Counsel, he played a significant role in the formulation & implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, including the development & implementation of the special rule governing event contracts. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School, where he teaches derivatives regulation.

Moderator:

Gina Antoniello - is Academic Director & Clinical Assistant Professor at the Tisch Institute for Global Sport at New York University-a leader working at the edge of sport, culture, & social impact. She brings over a decade inside professional sports, leading marketing-communications, social responsibility, & player development for globally recognized organizations including the Golden State Warriors & the Brooklyn Nets.
