The Challenge
Build production-ready voice/text AI agents that can carry out a full conversation end-to-end, grounded in domain knowledge & personalized to each caller. Reliability, guardrails, security, & scalability aren't nice-to-haves - they're the prerequisite. You must use Twilio to qualify for sponsor prizes.
Suggested Features:
Telephony - must use Twilio to qualify for prizes
Agent Development Framework - orchestrate & modularize the conversation logic
Model (TTS/STT) - power the conversation with the best voice AI models
Knowledge Base - connect to external sources & data for enriched, grounded context
Caller Info - recognize & personalize the conversation to the individual caller

10:45 AM - 11:00 PM - Intros, Demos, official hackathon kickoff (theme, rules, judging criteria)
