Chunru Liu (Cherie) is an author who co-wrote Blockchain & Industrial Innovations with MIIT. She's also Managing Partner at Outpost Capital based in Silicon Valley & Head of US of MOAC Foundation. She is a Columbia SIPA Alum.
Evan Feng
Founder, CIO: Tapestry Capital Group
Evan Feng is founder & Chief Investment Officer of Tapestry Capital Group, an emerging manager focused on digital asset investing via a fundamental discretionary strategy. Previously, Evan was a senior investment research analyst at Point72 within the long/short equities strategy, covering telecom, communications infrastructure, & cable stocks. Prior to that, Evan was a similar role as a fundamental investor within Citadel's Global Equities division, working on teams that covered & traded stocks within the broader technology, media & telecom (TMT) universe. Mr. Feng began his Wall Street career at Barclays as an investment banker within the leveraged finance group, specializing in advising media & telecom clients. He graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a B.Sc. in Finance & Accounting, & a minor in Philosophy.

Jack Laskey is an investor, token economist, software developer, pianist/composer, & co-founder of poker education company Just Hands Poker. Jack currently works at the New Economy Fund as the head of intelligence. Jack's eclectic background & penchant for taking on new challenges has led him to the world of blockchain. As an avid voluntarist, Jack hopes to build a freer world by applying his knowledge of Austrian economics, game theory, & computer science in order to support to exciting projects in the crypto space through investment & tokenomics advisory.
Kevin O'Brien

Mr. Kevin O'Brien is Managing Director at RockTree LEX & has over 12 years of experience in international strategy & innovation. Mr. O'Brien oversees strategic initiatives at RockTree LEX NYC office, with specialized expertise in technology, finance & marketing.
Before joining RockTree, Mr. O'Brien worked as Head of Solutions' at AdRoll -a global AI martech vendor with 1.2 Billion digital profiles, based in New York. In 2018 he indulged in his passion for innovation by completing an executive program on Artificial Intelligence Business Strategy' via M.I.T, & panel speaking on AI innovation. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Marketing Manager at Blue Fountain Media, a full-service digital agency on Madison Avenue in New York, as well as Head of Marketing for Magnet Networks -a global ISP based in Dublin, Ireland. Mr O'Brien holds an MSc in Digital Marketing from Dublin City University with international experience spanning Europe, Mexico, & US markets.

Mike currently serves as the head of MIB Consulting, a New York based digital transformation firm. MIB Consulting provides tailored research, content, strategy & advisory services to agents of the new digital economy.
Mike formerly worked in financial services at Ernst & Young & The Blackstone Group L.P. He holds a B.S. in finance & a M.S. in accounting from The University at Albany, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
