Attendance Policy
We're excited about the strong interest in this event! Because space is limited & spots fill quickly, we kindly ask that you only register if you're confident you can attend.
If something comes up, please cancel at least 6 hours before the event so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations within 6 hours of the event (or not showing up) will result in one strike. Members can receive up to three strikes per semester; after that, you may be restricted from attending ELC events for the remainder of the semester.
This helps us make sure as many members as possible get the opportunity to participate. We appreciate your understanding & support in keeping ELC events accessible & fair for everyone!
