Allison Kopf is the founder & CEO of Agrilyst, the leading agriculture technology platform serving the fruit, vegetable, floriculture, cannabis, & hemp industries. Agrilyst won the highly coveted Disrupt Cup at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco. Kopf was recently named one of Forbes 2019 30 Under 30. Prior to founding Agrilyst, she helped BrightFarms become one of the leading indoor agriculture companies in the US. Allison serves on the boards of Cornell University's Controlled Environment Agriculture program & Santa Clara University's College of Arts & Sciences. She is a Techstars Farm to Fork mentor & holds a BS in Physics from Santa Clara University.
Sergey Gribov is a Partner at Flint Capital, an early stage venture fund which invests across USA, Israel & Europe. Sergey is also a board member at CyberX, Socure, BrandTotal & others. Sergey is a technology entrepreneur & investor with more than 20 years of experience. Over the years he has participated as a founder or a top manager in many startups in USA, Israel & Russia. Sergey has a lot of experience in IT, across sectors of software development, VoIP, bioinformatics, finance, internet, social networks & e-commerce. Sergey holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management & B.Sc. in Computer Science & graduating Cum Laude from Beer-Sheva University.
Donna Redel is a businesswoman, a professor of blockchain-digital assets, an angel investor & a philanthropist. She was the managing director of The World Economic Forum, the foremost global organization combining business, political, academic, & other leaders of society committed to improving the state of the world. Ms. Redel was the first woman to chair a USA exchange , The Commodity Exchange. Following her work in global organizations, Ms. Redel began a second career as a New York City based advisor & investor focusing on financial technology, blockchain & emerging technologies. She is an active participant in the startup community with New York Angels, serving as a board member , the co-founder of the Blockchain Committee & co-chair of the Israeli Investment Committee & chair of the Education Committee. Ms . Redel developed & is teaching at Fordham Law school & Fordham Gabelli Business a course on Blockchain-Crypto-Digital Assets. The focus of her public service efforts are the environment, the arts, heath & promoting women's leadership. She has a J.D. from Fordham Law School, an MBA from Columbia & a BA from Barnard College (Columbia).
Nitya Rajendran is a Senior Associate at Tribeca Venture Partners. She serves as a Board Observer at ACV Auctions & Domio. Prior to joining Tribeca Venture Partners, she was an investment banking analyst at Lazard where she received the Andr Meyer Fellowship. At Lazard, she worked on mergers andacquisitions as well as restructurings across numerous sectors within the Middle Market Group. Nitya graduatedmagna cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Classics & a minor in Economics.
Arina Shulga is a Corporate & Securities Attorney with experience representing startups in corporate formation & capital raising transactions; angel investors & VC funds in making investments; crowdfunding portals; & participants in the digital asset economy. Before co-founding Ross & Shulga PLLC & a predecessor firm Shulga Law Firm PC, Ms. Shulga was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Ms. Shulga is active in the New York City startup community & is a member of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance. She also teaches Entrepreneurial Law at Fordham Law School.
