The Mid-Atlantic's Premier Developer Conference
Hosted by Chariot Solutions

Connection. Collaboration. Community.
Entering its 15th year, the Emerging Technologies for the Enterprise Conference has brought the leaders of the open source community to Philadelphia to teach about their projects, their work & how these technologies are changing software development. During this time, ETE has become one of the largest gatherings of developers in the mid-Atlantic.

Our community gathered online for 2020 & will be virtual for 2021. While we would prefer to be learning together in person, we look at this as an opportunity to rethink how Philly ETE can be presented.

Featured Keynote: Alan Kay
Alan Kay likes to say: No one owes more to his research community.

He is a pioneer computing scientist & designer who helped invent personal computing, the graphical user interface, object-oriented programming, & helping children learn powerful ideas.

Honors include the 2003 Turing Award "for pioneering many of the ideas at the root of contemporary object-oriented programming languages, etc., & for fundamental contributions to personal computing", & others.
