Meijie Mei Liao @daywithmei is a James Beard Foundation & IACP-nominated recipe developer & content creator based in Brooklyn, New York. Born to Sichuanese parents & raised in California, she is the creator of @daywithmei, where she shares approachable recipes that work to dispel food stigmas. Her latest work explores the everyday rituals & values of the Sichuanese diaspora, from stewarding century-old pickles to championing offal.

Born out of the fine dining scene & crafted in Melbourne, Australia, NON creates wine alternatives that are made from real produce, infused with culinary thinking, & built to pair with food.
