We are lucky to have Rob Floyd, the RVP of DataSift, to speak about his experience of how companies are looking at social data and the applications of social data into business functions like CRM databases and proprietary technology.

Rob has been in technology sales and sales management for over 20 years. He is currently Regional Vice President with DataSift. Prior to that, Rob spent 7 years at SAP Business Objects managing their analytics, application and big data business within Financial Services. Rob spent 9 years with Cognos and has worked at leading technology companies such as Sun Microsystems, Interleaf, Adaytum and Syndera.
