Our speakers
We will be joined by Ocrolus CFO Conor O'Donoghue who has nearly two decades of experience spanning public accounting, & corporate finance. Conor has helped grow & transform finance functions from startup stage to blue-chip companies, including Bank of America & PwC. At Ocrolus, he built out a sophisticated accounting & finance function from scratch, which has been critical to supporting the company's rapid growth since 2019.
We will also hear from C-Suite Leader Mars Shah, who has worked as CEO & CFO in multiple venture capital & private equity backed companies. Mars' finance experience includes overseeing three successful exits, including an IPO. His operating experience includes management of 3,500+ professionals, $1B of global P&L management & transacting over $6B worth of deals on M&A & institutional fundraises.
The event will be led by Zanda's Co-Founder, Dav Masaon. Dav has over 20 years of recruitment experience & began his career progressing up the ranks at a global FTSE recruitment firm, before starting Zanda. In addition to advising & executing on hiring mandates, Dav is a mentor to numerous start-up accelerators such as, Founders Institute, Seed Spot & BMW Foundation & is an active Angel Investor in the tech space.
