Across 45 minutes of moderated discussion, our panelists will explore the tensions & tradeoffs of ambitious careers & family life: how they've redefined success on their own terms, what tech-forward parenting looks like when you understand the technology better than most, & how they're thinking about digital guardrails for their own kids in an AI-saturated world. We'll also dig into the human side of leadership - the emotional labor of scaling companies while showing up as a parent, & what nobody tells you about doing both at once.
The panel will be followed by 15 minutes of audience Q&A & a networking mixer, offering attendees the chance to connect directly with panelists & fellow founders, operators, & parents navigating similar terrain.
