This year's conference, Setting NYC's Workforce Agenda, offers two days of programming with distinct focuses: policy on December 3 & practice on December 4. Each day is designed to stand alone, so whether you attend one or both, you'll hear from, & network with key partners & colleagues from across the City focused on setting the workforce agenda for 2025. This program is part of Workforce Development Week, led by NYCETC.
December 3 - Setting the Workforce Agenda - On Policy offers an inspiring deep dive into policy innovation, advocacy, & the future of workforce development. Attendees will explore how strategic policy changes can drive meaningful progress, with a strong focus on legislative reform, funding allocations, & regulatory frameworks that empower an inclusive & diverse workforce.
