So you don't have a STEM degree, but you want a career in sustainability? Green careers in New York City are expected to increase in demand over the coming years for both specialized sustainability firms & non-sustainability firms. Come listen to how these professionals have transitioned into sustainability without a science or engineering background! Below is a list of our speakers.
Natasha Ofman: Marketing Account Manager at ICF
Natasha Ofman is a certified marketing professional with 7 years of experience in successful campaign execution, event management, & strategy development. In her current role as a Marketing Account Manager at ICF, Mrs. Ofman serves as a Community Outreach & Events Manager for NYC Accelerator, a New York City program designed to assist in decarbonizing the city's building stock. Throughout her career, Mrs. Ofman has worn many hats in communications & marketing roles, she has written for print & digital channels, managed a wide variety of collateral development, reported on key metrics, & developed comprehensive event engagement strategies. Mrs. Ofman is certified in digital marketing by the George Washington University School of Business. She also holds a B.A. in Communication & a B.A. in Spanish Language, Literatures, & Cultures from the University of Maryland, College Park.
