On Tuesday evening, June 25, a discussion led by Fragomen, a firm of more than 6,000 immigration-focused professionals & staff spanning more than 60 offices worldwide will provide updates on how the tech industry is leveraging U.S. immigration policies to further expand & flourish in the current marketplace.
Several months ago, President Biden issued an Executive Order addressing the risks of artificial intelligence (AI). The Order covers issues related to AI safety & security, data privacy, equity & civil rights, consumers & workers, innovation & competition, & more.
To date, nearly 30 actions have been completed by multiple federal agencies in response to the Executive Order. As a result, it is clear that U.S. immigration has become even more interconnected with growing tech companies.
