As a highly energetic strategy & innovation leader, Maryam has spent her life propelling change & creating purposeful impact. She has gained her experience from living in ten cities, across four continents, & working with Fortune 500 firms, startups, non-profit organizations & universities across multiple industries & sectors.
As the founder of " Innovation Bazar", a global advisory firm, Maryam partners with clients to spark positive change & share a unique perspective in digital strategy, innovation, transformation, & culture. Passionate about helping people & organizations unlock their potential through leveraging design thinking methodology & data-driven capabilities.
Maryam has advised senior executives & helped transform some of the most successful organizations, including IBM, Medtronics, Pfizer, AXA XL, Glencore, iHeart Media, MetLife, Bank of America, Merrill Wealth Management, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Chanel Beauty, Neiman Marcus, BASF, UN Women USA & First Republic Bank.

Adjunct professor at NYU SPS Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport, teaching a course in Design Thinking for Sport Management. Educator for the executive online course in digital business strategy offered by MIT Sloan School of Management. Adviser, coach & mentor to entrepreneurs & startups at various accelerators & incubators worldwide (Techstars, NUMA, ERA, XRC Labs, SongHan). Adviser & member of the Marketing & Programming Committee of UN WOMEN US NY; Consult the organization in creating compelling solutions for advancing equality & empowering women in the workplace (UN Sustainable Development Goals number 3, 4, 5 & 10). Frequent International Speaker, senior guest lecturer & workshop leader.
