A hands-on workshop for app founders. Most app founders are burning UA budget on creative that doesn't convert - & the ones who aren't have figured out something specific about how creator content actually scales. You'll leave with your own UGC program mapped out on paper: what it costs to run, what it should return, & where your current setup is leaking margin. What we'll build together: 1. Your unit economics. We'll walk through the real cost stack of a creator program - cost per asset, creator rates by tier, usage rights, editing. Then you'll run your own numbers against benchmarks & see where you land. 2. Format over volume. Why most brands scale the wrong thing. We'll break down hooks & formats converting on paid social right now, & you'll identify which map to your product. 3. Your creator structure. How to compensate creators so quality holds as you go from 5 to 50. We'll cover flat-rate vs. performance, rights bundling, & the specific terms that keep good creators coming back. 4. Failure modes. Where UGC programs break - the stuff that doesn't make it into case studies. Diagnostic checklist so you can spot it early. 5. Open working time. Bring a live problem. We'll work through as many as time allows, in the room, with the group. You'll leave with: a completed program worksheet with your own numbers, a creator rate benchmark sheet, & a format checklist you can hand to whoever runs your creative. Who this is for: App founders, growth leads, & heads of UA at consumer or B2C apps, pre-seed through Series B, either running paid social now or about to. Come with your current numbers if you have them the session works better when you're plugging in real figures. Who this isn't for: Agencies & service providers. We're keeping the room on one side of the market so the conversation stays useful. Hosted by GlossKit as part of New York App Week 2026.
