The key to success: An addictive customer journey

Interbrand recently released their annual report ranking the world's most recognized brands. Apple, Google, Amazon, & Microsoft take up the top 4 slots - these tech giants have replaced the likes of Coca-Cola, IBM, GE & Nokia, all of whom held top billings as recently as 2008.

These findings may be unsurprising, but there's still something new to learn from them: The brands standing out are using data to create highly customized experiences. It's critical for business leaders to understand how drastically a customer-first mindset has led to disruption in major industries, from e-commerce & finance to retail & healthcare. The way customers are now acquired, retained, delighted, & evangelized has transformed. As Capgemini notes, Digital commerce is essential to every organization's mission to generate more revenue & create a compelling customer experiences.

In the latest edition of our popular Focus series, the Future Labs partner with Capgemini's Applied Innovation Exchange to explore the customer-centric strategies that tech giants have popularized - & made necessary for success - & unearth how startups & enterprises across industries can wield AI & cutting-edge systems to create their own brand of addictive experience.

Refreshments will be provided.
