AI is already changing the way we think. It's built into every Google search, website support page, & music streaming service. Virtually any question we have can be answered in seconds, zero friction required. But one remains - what is this doing to our brains?
It's not the first time technology has shaped our cognition. Calculators & computers have shifted the way we think, & had their skeptics, but were adopted anyway. Their value made it worth it, but most people never got a say.
"Building Your AI Manifesto" is about regaining that control. It's about prioritizing your values. And it's about choosing how you use this technology before it's chosen for us. In this collaborative workshop you'll map exactly where AI sharpens your thinking & where it does the opposite - on your own terms!
Bring your own opinions & perspectives on AI, & be ready to share. You'll leave with a concrete framework for where AI belongs in your life, & where it doesn't. Led by a software engineer with a cognitive science background building AI Agents at ServiceNow, this session is grounded in behavioral neuroscience, attention research, & real product experience to ensure that the framework you leave with is built on something real.
You should attend if you're someone who:
* Is looking to improve their relationship with AI
* Feels overwhelmed by how to use AI in their everyday life
* Is curious about the cognitive impacts of AI
