To inspire women leaders, emerging leaders, & male allies to participate in advancing diversity & women's leadership in finance, investment & entrepreneurship.
To foster dialogue & exchange of ideas & best practices on how to increase diversity & accelerate women's leadership in the banking, finance, & VC/PE fields.
To promote & share best practices in ESG investing, gender lens investing, & ways of mobilizing capital for gender equality.
To share insights & resources that help expand & diversify capital access for women entrepreneurs & women in business.

We invite the participation of all women & male allies interested in the themes & topics being discussed.
We have invited & expect participants from the fields of banking, corporate finance, capital markets, venture capital, private equity, alternative investment, angel investment, family offices, international organizations, NGOs, women entrepreneurs, & emerging leaders in business.
The Womensphere Capital Forum is a quarterly virtual event series by the new Womensphere Global Capital Institute, which has the dual purpose of advancing diversity & women's leadership in finance & investment, & expanding capital access for women in business.
Co-Hosts of the Womensphere Capital Forum
Analisa Leonor Balares chairs the Womensphere Global Capital Institute, & is Chair & Chief Innovation Architect of Womensphere & the Womensphere Foundation. She has previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, & Milestone Capital. She is a member of the International Gender Champions & Women Moving Millions, serves as a Commissioner at the Women's Refugee Commission, & has been recognized as a UBS Global Visionary & World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
David Teten is Founder & Partner of Versatile VC. He was previously a Managing Partner with HOF Capital & a Partner with ff Venture Capital. He is Founder of Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Greater New York, now the largest angel group on the East Coast. David has also advised private equity clients such as Birch Hill Equity Partners, Goldman Sachs Special Situations Group, Icahn Enterprises, LLR Partners, Orascom TMT Investments (Sawiris family office), Right Side Capital, & other institutional investors.
