Stephen Rockwell leads the evolution of Charity Navigator's rating system as an experienced executive with a record of success in creating innovative, technology-driven solutions to solve pressing social & environmental issues, raising philanthropic investment to drive impact, & building cohesive & high-performing teams within organizations & across networks. Prior to joining Charity Navigator, he served in a variety of strategic, innovation, & technical leadership roles throughout the nonprofit sector, most recently as American Friends Service Committee's Chief Information & Technology Officer & the CTO of National Aquarium. He holds an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School, an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management, & a BS in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University.
