Join us Wednesday, August 14th from 4:00pm to 7:00pmas we showcase capstone projects from graduates of our Data Science Immersive program. Capstone presentations start at 6:00pm. Come early to network, meet our graduates, & see their projects in an exhibition hall set up.
About Our Data Science Students
Our Data Science students are selected for their quantitative ability, programming experience, communication skills, & data science potential. They are expanding on their impressive backgrounds with 3 months of hands-on, project-based, data science training in our program.
About Capstones
Each student spends the last two weeks of the program on a self-directed capstone project that provides a chance for our graduates to demonstrate their creativity & technical expertise.
About Hiring
We do NOT charge any fees to employers who hire our graduates.The focus of this networking event is to provide an informal environment for you to meet our students & to facilitate learning about their skills & background. Yummy food & drink will be served!
Run of Show
Galvanize Capstone Showcase Schedule (August 14):
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Capstone Showcase (exhibition hall setup)
6:00 PM - Capstone Presentations + Introductions
Listen to our graduates present an overview of their personal projects. They'll explain what they've built, show off the technical details, & answer brief questions from the audience.
6:45 PM - Closing
