Nunzio De Filippis is Co-CEO of CargoTrans & a Licensed Customs Broker since 2005. With over two decades of experience helping global brands, suppliers, & distributors navigate U.S. Customs regulations, Nunzio is known for his practical approach to trade compliance & tariff strategy.



He was recently featured on the cover of The Wall Street Journal (April 2025) & quoted in WSJ Live Market Updates for his leadership in customs brokerage. Nunzio's LinkedIn commentary on shifting tariff policy was also picked up by LinkedIn Top News, where he is a recognized thought leader.

In June 2025, Nunzio led a series of seminars across Vietnam hosted by the Investment & Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), advising exporters on how to restructure their supply chains & reduce duty exposure when entering the U.S. market. He also serves on the boards of the NY Alliance & Verde Fulfillment USA & was honored with SmartCEO's Family Business & Future50 awards for his leadership in a second-generation enterprise.

In his latest role at Calvin Klein as SVP Creative Product Hub he was hired to work with Raf Simons, Pieter Muller & Matthieu Blazy. Thru the years, Carlos has worked closely with Heron Preston, Palace, Jenny & Willy Chavarria creating collaborations & special product for Calvin Klein.



Over more than 20 years working in New York City he has worked with top talents like Sies Marjan, Sander Lak, Coach with Reed Krakoff; Tamara Melon, Marco Zanini, Sarah Jessica Parker & Marios Schwab at Halston.



In addition, he held various Product Development roles at Tibi, Sophie Theallet, Adam Lippes, Robert Geller, TSE Cashmere & Jill Stuart.

Bjorn Bengtsson has spent the past 35 years in the fashion industry, holding various senior management positions. He has worked as a Vice President for Marc O'Polo, Oxford Industries, & Hartmarx Corp. in charge of product development, merchandising, sourcing, & production, & for Theory as a Vice President of Design & Creative Director for Menswear. He also operated his own consulting business from 1994 to 1999, working with a variety of clients on new brand initiatives. From 2008 to 2015, he was employed by Greg Norman Collection in charge of Design & Fabric Research for the Men's & Women's collections as well as all licensed products. Bjorn Bengtsson is currently the Chief Product & Supply Chain Officer at Untuckit, one of the fastest-growing Men's ecommerce companies in the US, where he is leading the company's Merchandising, Product Development, Design, Technical Design, & Production departments.



For the past 20 years, Bjorn Bengtsson has also worked as a part-time adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Fashion, where he teaches in the Fashion Management Master's Program & is a prominent member of the Parsons Executive Learning team. He has conducted numerous seminars & panels on fashion-related topics for corporations & Educational Institutions based in the U.S, France, Hong Kong, Macedonia, & China.

He is twice the recipient of the Parsons School of Fashion's Outstanding Faculty Award. Bjorn Bengtsson holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from Lund University, School of Economics & Management (Lund, Sweden) & an A.A.S. degree in Fashion Buying & Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology (New York, NY).
