Alex Chung is Head of Growth at System, a telehealth company built around clinician-prescribed peptide therapies.
Alex has worked on both sides of the growth equation. Before System, she led growth at a consumer AI startup. Before that, she invested as a venture capitalist. That mix shapes how she evaluates markets, builds trust in unfamiliar categories, & turns early attention into real revenue. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago & an MBA from Chicago Booth.
This conversation gets into the core challenge of her work: how to take a product that customers don't fully understand, build credibility around it, find the right audience, & convert interest into lasting growth. The principles apply well beyond telehealth.
