Welcome to TracFlo's Quarter 3 Demo Day!
In August, TracFlo hosted two virtual Demo Days to share product updates, & they were well attended by our clients & investors. This month, TracFlo is teaming up with CONNECT CoLab for an in-person Demo Day & V.I.P. in ConTech Networking Mixer at the Urban Tech Hub. This event brings TracFlo clients, construction professionals, tech leaders, startup founders & investors together for software updates, company announcements & great networking opportunities. During the "Bricks & Bytes" segment, Khalid & Ky will lead us in a brief discussion & overview of the future of construction tech, highlighting the intersection of construction, data science, & machine learning. So, bring your questions, & prepare for an interesting conversation!

Khalid built his career at the intersection of construction & technology, & comes from three generations of construction professionals. Tracflo is an MIT-backed digital T&M tool created by Turner Alum for union contractors. The online platform allows contractors to input, track, & manage project cost in a mobile solution saving teams time & money.

Ky is an accomplished technology executive who built the data teams at BuzzFeed & Cond Nast from scratch, & started a consultancy solving challenges in data science & engineering across various industries. This Columbia-educated builder & construction manager's portfolio also includes numerous renovations of residential properties in New York City & Detroit. Ky brings over a decade of experience in construction & technology to the TracFlo team.

1. Question: Can I come alone? Answer: Absolutely! This is a great opportunity to meet new people.

2. Question: Can I bring a guest? Answer: Of course! We offer discounted tickets for guests who bring other guests. So, feel free to invite friends, colleagues, or other progressive people in your network.

3. Question: What is the suggested age range? Answer: 21 years & older.

4. Question: Are masks required? Answer: Masks are not required to enter, but feel free to wear a mask if you prefer. We also provide masks upon request.

5. Question: What is the dress code for this event? Answer: There is no official dress code. Come as you are, business professional, business casual, or after-work chic looks are all welcome.

6. Question: Where is the Urban Tech Hub at Company? Answer: Urban Tech Hub at Company is a one-of-a-kind space purpose-built to support & materially advance the prospects of entrepreneurs & companies seeking to address NYC challenges. It is located at 335 Madison Ave 4th floor, New York, NY 10017. The venue is a one-minute walk from the Grand Central Terminal.

7. Question: Where will the event be held? Answer: The event will be held in a room (a flex space) that can accommodate 150 people.

8. Question: Is there parking? Answer: Yes. There is street parking outside of the building. There is also the Central Parking located at 46 E 44th St, New York, NY 10018, which is a one-minute walk from the building.

9. Question: Do I need a ticket to attend? Answer: Yes, you need a ticket to attend. You have to RSVP online, purchase your ticket at the door, & sign in with our host upon your arrival.

10. Question: Do I need an I.D. to attend this event? Answer: Yes. You will need a government-issued I.D. to attend the event. Please present your I.D. at the security desk in the lobby before entering the venue.

11. Question: Can I arrive late? Answer: Sure. Join us at the time that works best for you, & we can get you signed in at any point in the evening. Although timely arrival is suggested to maximize your CONNECT experience, 6:30 p.m. is still a good time to arrive.

12. Question: Is there music? Answer: Yes! Great music will be played most of the event at the perfect volume for conversing or grooving (when/if you need to).

13. Question: Will there be food & drinks? Answer: Yes, there will be an open bar with alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages available. Tapas-style appetizers & light refreshments (including vegan & gluten free options) will be served, as well.

14. Question: Should I bring business cards/flyers? Answer: Sure, if you would like our staff to post it on our touchless message board. However, we STRONGLY encourage touchless contact exchanges. So, feel free to connect with other guests via phone/text/email.
