Stephen Sikes, Chief Operating Officer at Public
Stephen Sikes is the COO at Public.com, the investing platform that allows everyone to invest in stocks, ETFs, treasuries, crypto, & alternative assets- all in one place. He also oversees the broker-dealer.
He is also responsible for operations, customer, support, legal, compliance & risk functions. In addition to his work at Public, Stephen co-leads a fintech community & early stage investing fund called Socially Financed, where he focuses on supporting early stage consumer fintech businesses.
Prior to joining Public, Stephen was on the founding team & became the Business Lead of SoFi Invest. Previously, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, & served as a Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army, where he did one deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Dylan Parker, Co-Founder & CEO of Moment
Dylan Parker is the Co-Founder & CEO of Moment. Based in NYC's Financial District, Moment provides modern bond trading technology to brokerages, advisory platforms, & institutional investors. Moment has raised $20M from Andressen Horowitz & Venrock & recently partnered with Public.com to deliver a modern fixed income trading experience to Public's users. Dylan is originally from Rochester, NY & holds an AB/SM in Math & Statistics from Harvard University. He is an amateur runner & an avid (heartbroken) Bills fan.
John Stuart, GM of Fintech at Apex Fintech Solutions
John Stuart serves as the General Manager of the Fintech division at Apex Fintech Solutions, spearheading initiatives in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, & global growth. With over 20 years of experience in fintech, John has held pivotal roles blending business acumen with technological expertise. His journey includes leadership roles in both Wall Street institutions & pioneering fintech companies such as Morgan Stanley, InvestCloud, Acorns, & various product consultancy firms.

Hannah Miao is a reporter for The Wall Street Journal's finance bureau in New York, where she covers financial markets with a focus on U.S. stocks. She also reports on individual investors & the platforms they use. Hannah previously covered markets & investing for CNBC. Her work has won awards from the Asian American Journalists Association & the DeWitt Wallace Center for Media & Democracy. She graduated summa cum laude from Duke University & studied public policy.
