EVENT DETAILS |
On Thursday, May 19th, the Cornell NanoScale Facility (CNF) will host the first New York State Nanotechnology Network (NNN) Symposium geared toward connecting NYS undergraduate & graduate students with our NYS industry partners for the purpose of "Bridging the Workforce Gap." The day will include a morning session with student, government, & industry talks, & an afternoon Poster Session & Career Fair!
The overall mission of the NNN is to help build local relationships, solve common problems & grow awareness of the state's capabilities. Being a part of this network provides a mechanism to showcase the capabilities within the state thus allowing universities/colleges & industry to partner & help the states technology grow.
The goal of this Career Fair themed symposium is to showcase the NYS student workforce talent pipeline & to bring together New York State colleges & universities & industries to exchanging information & to present technology research activities in & around NYS. Come & network with us. Find the great employees you were looking to hire -- or find your dream job!
Registration will open on Monday, April 4th (to allow us time to settle our program), but feel free to contact Melanie-Claire Mallison at CNF now to get in the queue for that announcement.
