Join Ash Brown, Global Head of UX at Bloomberg, & author & researcher Dan Saffer on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 5:30 PM EDT for an evening of practical strategies & fresh thinking at Bloomberg's Global Headquarters in New York City.
Ash will open the event, setting the stage for a compelling talk by Dan Saffer: AI by Design. Drawing on his extensive experience as a product design leader & researcher at Carnegie Mellon University's Human-Computer Interaction Institute, as well as an author of four books on interaction design, Dan will reveal why so many AI initiatives fall short-and how we can fix that.
His talk will introduce a new, human-centered method for designing AI products & services-one that bridges the gap between design, product strategy, & engineering. This approach will help teams identify the right AI projects to pursue: those that balance technical feasibility, user value, & organizational risk.
You'll also have the opportunity to meet members of Bloomberg's UX team & learn more about what it's like to work at Bloomberg.
Food & refreshments will be provided.
