Galvanize & TTP Data Analytics Capstone Showcase:
Meet Our Graduates:
The Data Analyst Training Accelerator (DATA) at Galvanize -an 18-week, in-person immersive training program - was developed in direct response to industry feedback from some of the city's largest tech employers. Offered in partnership with the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, this program is designed to equip unemployed & underemployed New Yorkers with the in-demand skills necessary to launch careers in data & marketing analysis. Our students learned advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau & digital marketing-related analytics, as well as career advancement & interview skills.
Each student spends the last few weeks of the program on a self-directed data analytics project & the Capstone Showcase provides a chance for our graduates to present a business insight based on a large data set of their choice.
Our graduates are data analysts with degrees in finance, communication studies, digital cinema, political science, marketing, urban studies, environmental science & mechanical engineering. With work experience in fields including law, journalism, education, tourism & even race cars.

5:30 PM - Networking / Mingling6:00 PM -Capstone Project PresentationsListen to our graduates present an overview of their personal projects. They'll explain what they've discovered, show off their technical skills, & answer brief questions from the audience.8:00 PM - Networking / MinglingConnect with the graduates in a less formal setting & learn more about their projects & backgrounds. You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions to the staff.8:30 PM - Closing
