About this event
Join StartOut's first event of their 4-part Wellness Series:

Burnout doesn't only occur when things aren't going well. Many entrepreneurs running very successful businesses can be, & are, just as susceptible to burnout.

Entrepreneurship is an intense endeavor, & it's hard to separate the self from the business. So what can we do to build our resiliency through burnout?

When there is an upgrade in our inner-world (thoughts, belief patterns, & emotions), it results in an upgrade in our outer-work (actions, habits, & behaviors): a more accurate picture of our own reality is developed, skills of observation & self-awareness are sharpened, deep seeded limitations removed, truth & authentic power embraced, & the keys to becoming the architect of one's life has been accepted.

This conversation will be featuring the expertise of professional development & leadership coaches Anthony Catalino & Jem Millett.

Personal freedom coach Anthony Catalino is dedicated to supporting men in the gay community that desire an upgrade on their inner-world; together building a blueprint for their personal & professional success. With 30 years in the hospitality business & 5 years as a professional coach, while living fearlessly & authentically, Anthony's continued knack with understanding human nature enables him to transform the lives of hundreds to thousands of gay men.

Jem has been a leader across start-ups & corporate environments for over a decade. She knows what it's like to work her way up from the bottom of the ladder. She is passionate about helping women take control of their careers through continuous professional development.

She founded the Good at Work Club in 2019 with one goal - to bring together ambitious women who want to grow their careers. Good at Work Club is a membership that empowers women with exclusive access to monthly skill workshops, weekly lunch & learns, & a community of growth-minded peers. We focus on strengthening professional skills to drive impactful action & provide practical advice & coaching in a SNAP!
