She counsels clients, including global fortune 100 companies, in their global privacy & security efforts, working closely with these clients' internal privacy offices to: audit the companies' business practices, draft policies & procedures, create & negotiate privacy & security language in contracts & permission documents, train staff, & respond to government inquiries. Jenn regularly advises clients in responding to data security breaches, including working with law enforcement & forensic investigators, & addressing legal & contractual obligations. She also assists clients in navigating legal issues when seeking to develop or employ AI technologies.
Beth Bernstein Connors, Partner, Blank Rome LLP
Beth concentrates her practice on commercial real estate matters, focusing on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, mortgage financing, & joint ventures. She represents a broad array of national clients, including: owners of retail, office, industrial, & multifamily properties; large & small retail & office tenants; & borrowers of portfolio & single-asset mortgage loans.
