What is Launchpad:
Launchpad is a 4-week virtual sprint co-hosted by Antler & Startery, designed to help you move fast, test bold ideas, & show what you're capable of-whether you're exploring the founder path or ready to jump in as a high-impact operator.
Over the course of May & June, you'll:
Build & ship real projects
Join a community of ambitious builders
Receive feedback from world-class mentors
Get fast-tracked to either the Antler Residency or Startery's elite operator pool
This application is your first step. It should take ~ 10 minutes, & we're not looking for perfection-just curiosity, drive, & initiative.

We welcome you to apply if you are:
A builder with an idea you're eager to launch
An operator who wants to join a team & work on meaningful projects
Still figuring out founder vs. operator fit & want to test both
A designer, engineer, or strategist who wants to collaborate & build
Curious & experimental - not afraid to ship fast, get feedback, & iterate
What to expect at kickoff:
Week 1 Livestream: Launch Something (05/21/25)
Build the muscle of building
Challenge: Build v1 of the idea (toy version of the idea)
Focus: Problem space clarity + customer articulation
About Antler
Antler works with founders through our signature founder residency, adding value immediately, & taking no equity up front. Founders have the opportunity to pitch our Investment Committee to receive a $200k investment for 8%, allowing them to build for 12-18 months rather than attempting to raise before they have real traction.
