We're entering the next phase of AI, where technology doesn't just process information; it understands, connects, & shows up with a human face for the customer or user. Imagine AI guiding a customer journey, coaching through challenges, or acting as a true companion not just responding, but relating.
Join Tova & Caroline as they sit down with Craig Tucker, founder & CEO of VERN, for a live conversation about human-centered AI.
We will explore how AI detects, interprets, & mimics human emotional cues through data-driven models, without consciously experiencing feelings or empathy itself.
Discover how avatars are evolving to listen, empathize, & guide users with emotional awareness.
We'll cover:
Why emotional intelligence in AI matters for humans & businesses
How VERN is designing machines that truly understand people
Investor perspectives: optimism, skepticism, & opportunity
Ethical implications of reading & responding to human emotions
The human future of AI: from artificial to authentic intelligence
We have so many questions for Craig - & we're sure you do too! Come out, hear how he built it, & ask away.
