This dinner will feature Managing Director & Head of The Citi Impact Fund, Meredith Shields, who will be hosting a short AMA session. The Citi Impact Fund is an impact venture capital fund that invests in innovative start-ups who are solving market failures & filling access gaps for underserved communities across the U.S.
We will have a private room to ourselves, & individually-assigned seating using our proprietary AI algorithms. There will also be a seat change & ample time for mingling before & after dinner, so you'll get to know everyone in the room!

Meredith Shields, Managing Director, Head of The Citi Impact Fund, Citi Impact Fund ($500M AUM): Meredith has spent the last nearly 20 years investing in & supporting early stage & middle market companies through private credit, private equity, & venture capital. For the last decade she has worked at the intersection of venture capital & social impact, making investments that seek inclusion & access for underserved communities.
Prior to Citi, Meredith led the early stage, catalytic investment portfolio for the Sorenson Impact Foundation where she primarily invested in pre-seed & seed stage companies developing solutions to complex social & environmental challenges. There she served on the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance's President's Council, the Global Impact Investing Network's R3 Coalition, & the University of Virginia's Social Entrepreneurship Initiative. Meredith came to Citi in 2021 to lead the now $500MM Citi Impact Fund, which invests in early-stage companies that are developing scalable solutions for underserved communities across the United States.
