The fintech landscape is ever changing; with the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs, crypto has achieved a new level of mainstream credibility. In markets & trading news, validator bribery is a phenomenon reminiscent of the events in the 2010s that inspired 2015's Flash Boys by Michael Lewis. And the new revolution in AI software over the last year may have implications for crypto & traditional trading that may resemble bots trading against each other & a few human retail traders on the periphery. CLE credit is available.

The program will commence with a law & policy Q&A with Commissioner Hester M. Peirce, U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), followed by a discussion featuring an expert panel. CLE credit is available.
