Sharing Attendee LinkedIn Profiles
To help foster meaningful connections & extend the value of your Roundtable experience, we plan to share the LinkedIn profiles of registered attendees with other participants. This allows you to follow up, collaborate, & stay connected beyond the event.
We understand & respect that privacy preferences vary. If you prefer not to have your LinkedIn shared, just let us know by replying to your confirmation email or by emailing events@euda.io, & we'll ensure your profile is excluded.
We'll also confirm your preferences again at check-in. Sharing is entirely optional-your presence is what matters most.
Recording Release Agreement
1. Purpose & Scope
The Euda Roundtable is a closed-door, off-the-record event designed to foster candid discussions & high-value professional connections. While the event itself is off-the-record, limited recording (audio, video, or photography) may occur for internal review, future promotional materials, or knowledge retention. This will always be done in a way that protects participant confidentiality & ensures no sensitive or proprietary discussions are publicly shared.
2. Consent to Limited Recording
By attending, you acknowledge & agree that:
The event is off-the-record, meaning discussions will not be publicly shared, transcribed, or attributed to specific participants.
Event organizers may capture limited non-sensitive audio, video, or photography for internal documentation or promotional content (such as general event footage, networking moments, or speaker introductions).
Any such content used publicly will be devoid of identifiable participant contributions unless explicit consent is obtained.
You may request that any photos or footage of you not be used in promotional materials by notifying event staff.
3. Confidentiality & Respect for Off-the-Record Policy
Participants agree not to record, distribute, or share discussions from the event without prior written approval from the organizers.
Attendees may take personal notes but may not attribute statements to individuals outside of the event context.
4. Opt-Out Option
If you do not wish to be included in any recorded materials, please email events@euda.io before or during the event.
5. Agreement
By registering for & attending The Euda Roundtable, you acknowledge & agree to the terms above.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We know things come up. Here's how refunds work for all Euda-hosted events, including Roundtables, workshops, & webinars:
Cancel 14+ days before Full refund
Cancel 4-13 days before 50% refund
Cancel within 96 hours or no-show No refund
Need to transfer your ticket?
You can gift your spot to someone else - just email events@euda.io at least 24 hours before the event with their name & email. We'll do our best to accommodate changes to meals & documentation.
If we cancel:
You'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
