Guest Speakers:
Andy Li, PhD, CFA, & FRM
Dr. Andy Li is an expert in AI & quantitative finance with over 18 years of experience. He began his career as trading mortgage-backed securities at Citigroup & went on to hold senior roles at major investment banks. From 2022 to 2024, he led generative AI initiatives at Amazon Ads, generating over $100 million in Sponsored Products revenue. He currently serves as a Director at Bank of America, focusing on generative AI applications.
Dr. Li has taught graduate courses on Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing in Finance at Fordham University. He holds a Ph.D. & M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley, & an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. He earned his B.S. from Nanjing University & is an alumni from Harvard Business School, where he serves on the executive committee of the Harvard Club of New Jersey.
