STORY OF TOO GOOD TO GO WITH LUCIE BASCH

Central engineer & always sensitive to food waste, Lucie realizes, after a first professional experience in the food industry that her place is elsewhere: with those who innovate to solve our great contemporary challenges. In June 2016, she founded Too Good To Go France, the application that allows you to buy quality meals at low prices while making a gesture for the planet.
Each year, 1.3 billion tonnes of food are thrown away or lost worldwide, or one third of the planet's food production which is thrown away & not consumed. Faced with this observation, some have decided to act & offer innovative, alternative solutions to consume better.
We will have the pleasure of welcoming Lucie, Founder of Too Good To Go, the anti-waste app to 18 million users present in 25 countries in Europe in order to exchange for this FrenchFounders breakfast around Tech 4 Good & the F&B industry!
