Lauren Salz, the CEO & Founder of Sealed was a competitive athlete & musician before joining the ranks at McKinsey & Co where she guided clients on capitalizing on market inefficiencies.
It was there that she got inspired to address a particular gap in the market: to create value in the home energy efficiency space by making electrification & efficiency easier to access for homeowners.
