About our Guest Speaker:
Marissa Fayer has spent 25+ years operating at the intersection of technology & women's health. She's CEO of DeepLook Medical, an FDA-cleared AI diagnostics company focused on improving cancer detection for patients with dense breast tissue, & CEO/founder of HERhealthEQ, a nonprofit that's improved the health outcomes of 151,000+ women in 13 different countries by expanding access to medical devices & equipment. Marissa approaches women's health as infrastructure: when properly funded & built, it drives measurable returns across economies, workforces, & communities. Previously, Marissa held executive roles at Hologic, Olympus, Maquet Getinge, & has consulted for organizations including Pfizer, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), NuVasive, & Boehringer Ingelheim. She currently serves as an Investment Committee Member of GG Ventures, a 2026-2028 World Economic Forum (WEF) Technology Fellow, is an active founding member of Milken Institute's Women's Health Committee, & advisor to Welwaze Medical, Impact.51, & TechThrive Ventures. Marissa is the author of Undervalued to Unavoidable: Women's Health as Infrastructure. Marissa is a TEDx speaker (2019 TEDxLugano), has delivered keynotes at leading global healthcare conferences, & has been recognized as a Top 100 Women in Medtech & a Medtech Voice to Follow. About the organizer
Bailey Morgan, Based in Astoria, NYC, is a versatile healthtech leader who merges clinical expertise with business acumen to accelerate healthcare innovation & community impact. Having started her career as a medical speech language pathologist working within inpatient facilities throughout the boroughs of NYC, she saw firsthand how behind the healthcare tech ecosystem was compared to industries such as tech or finance.
After leaving healthcare to move into the healthtech startup space, Bailey has since raised over $10M in capital, led several successful sales & marketing teams through go-to-market stages in both SaaS & CPG, & has closed over $2M in technology sales herself. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at Groth Pain & Spine, a pain management practice with 10+ locations & 40+ providers, where she leads the change management & technology integrations for the practices acquisitions.
In addition to consulting with various healthcare technology companies, Bailey is a Director & the Treasurer for an NYC-based dementia-focused nonprofit that employs individuals living with dementia & supports families & caregivers.
Alex Koshykov is a co-founder of BeKey & a digital health expert who constantly shares news, introduces promising technologies, & promotes secure software & hardware for the healthcare industry on his YouTube channel. Additionally to that, he is a co-founder of YODD, a medical device startup.
