How it works
1. Welcome (5 min) - House rules, quick round of who's in the room.
2. Hot seats (35 min) - Four founders get roughly 8 minutes each. You describe your bottleneck in one minute; the room spends seven minutes on it. Everyone else can drop suggestions in chat throughout.
3. Open floor (10 min) - Drop your app link, find a testing partner, stay as long as you like.
