ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dave Limp, Chief Executive Officer, Blue Origin
Dave Limp became CEO of Blue Origin in December 2023. The company, founded by Jeff Bezos, aims to enable millions of people to live & work in space for the benefit of Earth. Blue Origin develops reusable rocket engines, launch vehicles, in-space systems, & lunar landers. Prior to this role, Dave was Senior Vice President of Amazon Devices & Services, where he led the development & operations of Alexa, Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, Ring, & other technologies, including Project Kuiper & Zoox. He joined Amazon in 2010. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Apple, Liberate Technologies, Palm, & served as a Venture Partner at Azure Capital Partners. Dave holds B.S. degrees in Computer Science & Mathematics from Vanderbilt University & an M.S. in Management from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He also serves as board chair of Blue Origin's Club for the Future, a nonprofit inspiring future STEAM careers.
